"We knew we liked it, but we had no idea that
it had such a following. In working on cutting the budget, we dropped
it for a season, thinking no one would miss it. We had at least
a couple of dozen requests for it from our customers. So we're back
on schedule with four-times-a-year mailings for Changing Seasons.
The newsletter is the only direct mail we do and we like the overall
layout. We think it's something people are apt to read before trashing,
and we feel it's a great way to keep in touch with residential clients.
We also like the mix of topics - 'family + HVAC -' and it has info
that people might not be able to find unless they read Changing
Seasons. It has led to a high percentage of readership."
