issue of your newsletter. You can create your own custom content,
or select from stories we've written for your back page. Or choose
from our selection of seasonal coupons designed to get the phone
ringing and increase sales. As part of our unique HVAC program,
we always recommend you include a special coupon offer with an expiration
date to create a "call to action." You should also include your
address, phone, web address, hours of operation, and any other special
